Description of Play

A fast-paced comedy by Canada's own Norm Foster, about a hot-blooded minister's wife, her complicated extramarital love life and the murder of her unsuspecting husband.

Cast requirements

Peter: 30-40. Nervous. Comedic physical actor.
Monica: 30s. Very seductive Minister's wife.
Diane: 30-40. Naive and unassuming.
Carolyn: 40s. Busybody. Married to Roy.
Roy: 40s. Gruff, policeman.
Reverend: 40s. Non-speaking part.

Production Dates

Saturday, April 18 and running April 22-25 and April 29-May 2, 2015
(Preview Friday, April 17)
with two matinées (Saturdays, April 25 & May 2)

in The Studio Theatre at the Kay Meek Centre
1700 Mathers Avenue, West Vancouver

  • Successful auditionees will be required to join Theatre West Van at a cost of $10 at the first rehearsal.
  • This is a non-Equity production.
  • Rehearsals will be held on Sundays (2-5 pm), Tuesdays (7-10 pm) and Thursdays (7-10 pm) starting late February.
  • E-mail the director with Auditions in the Subject line, attaching your résumé and headshot.
  • The Director will contact you with a copy of the sides and a scheduled date and time for your audition.
  • Walk-ups on either Sunday, January 11 or Tuesday, January 13 also welcome.
